You should know that I loved Heather, and she was the first love of my life. But I stayed with her to the end, and I've never regretted that. I miss her, but she died at peace, in my arms, in her own time. It was a long time ago. Thinking of her brings more good memories than bad. I'm all right.

No. I loved her, but we had our time. I remember her, but I'm done mourning her.
